ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Damaged or wrong items qualify for free return

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Items without original packaging

REFUND PROCESS:
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
- Refund issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

RETURN SHIPPING:
- Damaged or wrong item: Free return pickup
- Change of mind: Rs 249 shipping charges apply
